Citico’s luxury saltwater pool with a Cabo Shelf offers opportunity to enjoy a wonderful pool and let someone else deal with the upkeep. The poolside bar, grilling area, and gas firepit is ideal to entertain friends and family. The covered patio area provides ample relief from the sun while the abundant Sun Decks and Tanning furniture will ensure you have a space to soak up the rays.

Everyone loves the ambiance of golden flames, dancing light and warmth into a gathering. The pool side gas fire pits allow you to enjoy all the benefits of those flames with none of the hassle.
Pickleball
Citico residents will have access to two regulation pickleball courts right in the neighborhood. The future Citico Pickleball players will definitely have the competitive advantage for fun.
Fitness Room
The 1,216 square foot fitness facility with be home to treadmills, bikes, step machines, and weights. Citico residents will have everything they need to be fit for the court or that next Smoky Mountain adventure.
There is enough space planned for a multi-purpose floor work out area for yoga, Pilates, aerobics, or even your favorite cross-fit routine.
Living Area
The spacious 986 square foot open Living Area with a kitchenette and seating is the ideal gathering space for those times when you just don’t feel like hosting the crowd in your home.
The living area may also serve you as a quiet space to unwind and relax while you wait for the party to arrive. The clubhouse is designed to have a space for everyone.
